Your special pieces deserve to be taken care of so they can continue to remain beautiful and bring you everlasting joy.

  1. We recommend jewellery be removed before you go to bed, bath, shower, swim or partake in physical activity.

  2. Exposure to certain chemicals such as (but not limited to) chlorine, salt water, cleaning agents, perfumes, lotions, tanning products etc. and extreme heat may compromise the integrity of your pieces and cause discolouration.

  3. Jewellery should be cleaned regularly utilising a mild soap and luke warm water solution. You can use a soft toothbrush for pieces that have more intricate details (if necessary) and patted dry with a soft cloth or jewellery cloth.

  4. Plated jewellery has a thin layer of gold / rose gold applied to the base metal. Because the gold layer is fragile and can wear off over time, it is essential to avoid exposing this type of jewellery to water, sweat, lotion, other chemicals etc. that can cause it to wear away faster.

  5. Sterling Silver jewellery will naturally oxidise, tarnish and become dull over time. You can use a silver polishing cloth to shine your pieces, however, this will not remove scratches.

  6. Leather bracelets may stretch over time so take extra care not to knot, braid or stretch them.

  7. Store your pieces in a lined jewellery box or tarnish-resistant pouch away from natural sunlight, heat and high humid areas, such as bathrooms.
