1. Returns on Sale Items – Unfortunately, there are no returns on sale items

  2. Returns on non-sales items – Notification of intended return must be received within 48 hours from date of receipt and the return must be received within 14 days, thereafter, returns will not be accepted. The goods must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original, undamaged packaging. We will require either the receipt or proof of purchase. Should you choose not to exchange the goods for something else, a voucher to the full value (excluding shipping) will be issued.

  3. Returns & Refunds on Defective Goods – Notification of defective goods must be received within 48 hours from date of receipt and the return of the goods within 14 days, thereafter, returns or refunds will not be accepted. We will require either the receipt or proof of purchase. Should you choose not to exchange the goods for something else, a full credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 7 days.

  4. Returns on Earrings – Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, returns on earrings will not be accepted unless they are defective.

Return Process

  1. A notification email must be sent to info@taojewellery.co.za within 48hrs from date of receipt including either the receipt or proof of payment including a reason for return.

  2. On receipt of the returned goods (within 14 days from date of receipt), we will inspect the goods and confirm via email whether the return has been approved. Returns will be inspected and exchanged or refunded at the discretion of Tao Jewellery.

  3. We do not offer free returns. As shipping is non-refundable, the shipping cost for both returns and exchanges will be for the customer’s account.

  4. Only once the return has been received, will the new goods be dispatched.
